North London giants Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly ready to launch the attack to sign 19-year-old Danish full-back Patrick Dorgu from Serie A club Lecce in 2025.

According to a report by Italian outlet Quotidiano Sportivo, Patrick Dorgu is the subject of interest from Tottenham Hotspur. The North London giants considered signing the Lecce full-back in the summer transfer window. However, they are ready to launch the offensive to sign the 19-year-old from the Serie A club next year.

 

Who is Patrick Dorgu?

Patrick Dorgu has established himself as one of the best young players in the Serie A since joining Lecce from Nordsjaelland last year. A native of Copenhagen, the Dane spent his formative years in his homeland and graduated from the youth division of Nordsjaelland.

 

 

However, the 19-year-old did not make a single appearance for the first-team squad at FC Nordsjaelland. Dorgu has not been the undisputed first-choice left-back for Lecce but has made his mark in his 38 outings for the Serie A club, chipping in with two goals and one assist in less than 2,000 minutes of game time.

 

Meanwhile, Patrick Dorgu’s progress at US Lecce has not gone unnoticed, capturing the attention of several high-profile clubs across Europe.
