SHOCKING NEWS;Nuno Espirito Santo confirmed the suspension of two key players few minutes ago..
Nuno Espirito Santo has made a number of good changes since taking over at Nottingham Forest, and one of them is a really clever one in training.
Steve Cooper was heavily disliked by a number of Nottingham Forest fans when he left the club after a torrid run of results at the City Ground.
Interestingly, Cooper isn’t particularly liked at his new job at Leicester City either, as a number of fans were chanting ‘this is embarrassing’ at him after a Carabao Cup performance.
He did have his fair share of positive memories in Nottingham, but things just got stale and his style of football sent a number of fans to sleep.
Nuno Espirito Santo is now at the helm and has been like a breath of fresh air.
Interestingly, when he was appointed he immediately made one change behind the scenes that makes total sense.
Nuno Espirito Santo called for a training change
Nuno Espirito Santo has always been very particular throughout his managerial career, with the tiniest of tactical tweaks often working wonders for him during his time at Wolves.
Even at Nottingham Forest in his short time here, the way he set the team up against Liverpool and how he purposely wanted to keep possession in higher areas to avoid the press was genius.
Interestingly, Nuno has already been praised for supercharging the likes of Ryan Yates and Morgan Gibbs-White by Martin Keown this season.
One change that the Portuguese boss made immediately after taking over at Nottingham Forest is clearly working well against certain opposition.
According to John Percy, a major change since Nuno Santo’s arrival in December has been to invite the analysts to observe training.
It’s claimed that Nuno believes that analysts can only learn about his philosophy and game model by watching it with their own eyes, as opposed to remotely or with the help of drones.
