Sad News : three key players won’t play for Tottenham few minutes ago
Nottingham Forest have been back in the Premier League for a couple of years now with the 2024/25 campaign the third season in a row for the Reds.
Forest overcame Huddersfield Town on a memorable day at Wembley in May 2022 to end 23 years of exodus from the Premier League.
A Levi Colwill own goal saw Forest win promotion and he got up close and personal with Neco Williams as the Reds drew with Chelsea on Sunday.
That promotion-winning team of 2021/22 will live long in the memory. Steve Cooper took the club from the bottom of the Championship to promotion in a matter of months.
Forest had a number of top players that season, with Brennan Johnson, Djed Spence, Scott McKenna and Keinan Davis all grabbing the headlines.
That team will go down in history as the group of players who restored Premier League football back at the City Ground and any of that crop will forever be welcomed back on Trentside.

Nottingham Forest promotion winner spotted at Stamford Bridge watching
Clearly some of the promotion-winning group are still fond of Forest. Ryan Yates is the only player still at the City Ground from that Wembley date and perhaps he helped one of his former teammates get tickets for Sunday’s big game.
Philip Zinckernagel was one of Chris Hughton’s signings before Cooper arrived at the club. He was a fine loan signing from Watford and was often underrated during the 2021/22 campaign.
The wizard enjoyed a quality campaign, scoring seven goals and registering 10 assists from 50 appearances in all competitions across the campaign.
On Sunday he was at Stamford Bridge to see Forest play an entertaining draw out with Chelsea. Zinckernagel was spotted having photos taken with supporters outside of the stadium and clearly, he values his time at the club.
