Player has rejected Everton bid for now – Uninterested, despite club opening door

Tammy Abrahams is ‘destined to leave’ Roma this summer and Everton have made an offer for him, but the player has rejected the idea.
That’s according to Corriere della Sera, who say Abraham is determined to join AC Milan and is uninterested in making a move to Goodison Park.
The newspaper explains that with Artem Dovbyk looking likely to join Roma this summer, that will push Abraham towards the exit door.

He is destined to leave the club but has already ‘rejected the offers’ from Everton and West Ham because he only wants Milan, who are keen on him.
The big stumbling block at this moment in time is the €30m asking price that Roma have put on their striker, which is seemingly too much for Milan but would unlikely be a problem for Premier League sides.
Roma are also willing to do a loan deal with an obligation to buy set at €25m, something Milan have also not opened up to as they instead want to include Luka Jovic in a deal and have a right to buy not an obligation to do so.
That means the window is still open for Everton, although Abraham is not keen on that idea and has already turned it down.
We do question if Everton have made a bid, though, as they don’t need a striker at this moment in time and are hardly flush with cash either, even after selling Amadou Onana.
Instead it feels more like the local newspaper hyping the situation for a local audience, or perhaps even trying to put some pressure on Abraham with the fanbase.
