Lakers Are Being Linked To 6 Players In Trade Talks.

Rob Pelinka of the Los Angeles Lakers is feeling the pressure.

The team’s very loyal fanbase is urging the general manager to do something big for the team because they are still struggling and their time with LeBron James is winding down.

The Lakers have reportedly been interested in multiple players throughout the league, and now a few more names have been added to their list.

According to Jovan Buha, via NBACentral, the Lakers are “linked to players such as Walker Kessler, Collin Sexton, Bruce Brown, Jerami Grant, Robert Williams, and Kyle Kuzma.”

On top of that, Buha is reporting that LA will not be in the mix for Jimmy Butler, Brandon Ingram, or Zach LaVine.

These are just a few of the names swirling around Lakers Land.

For weeks now, fans have heard talk of stars like Jonas Valanciunas, Cam Johnson, and more.

It’s become abundantly clear that the Lakers are going to attempt something, it’s just not obvious what their move will be.

This news is music to the ears of fans, who have demanded that LA be very proactive before the trade deadline.

They were disappointed when Pelinka didn’t shake things up in the last offseason and instead stuck with the same roster they had last year.

While there are multiple great players in LA right now, they don’t have what it takes to go all the way to the Finals again, even with James leading the way.

The problem is they are strapped for cash and other teams will be demanding a lot for their stars.

That means Pelinka will have to get creative in order to bring in multiple players.

Will he set his sights on Kessler, Sexton, Brown, Grant, Williams, Kuzma, or someone else to improve the team’s chances?
