GOOD NEWS:Brendan Rodgers Confirmed the return of Joe Hart finally…

Celtic striker Adam Idah received a message of support from former goalkeeper Joe Hart following their 5-2 victory over Falkirk on Sunday (September 22).

The 23-year-old striker scored twice in just two minutes as the current Scottish champions came from behind to secure a spot in the Scottish League Cup semi-final.

Visitors Falkirk took a surprise lead into half-time but whatever manager Brendan Rodgers said at half-time galvanised the Glasgow club.

Idah’s two goals were followed by an almost as impressive brace from German winger Nicolas Kuhn, who managed to score twice in three minutes.

Celtic will face second-place Aberdeen in the semi-final of the League Cup on November 2nd, as they seek to claim the title from arch-rivals Rangers.

Hart, 37, who retired from football at the end of last season took to Instagram to send a message of support to his old teammate.

Celtic will be hoping to keep their impressive 100% record alive as they prepare for a trip to St. Johnstone in their new Scottish Premier League game of the season.

The club currently sit at the top of the table, having won all of their games, but League Cup semi-final opponents Aberdeen aren’t far behind, also on 15 points after five games.
