GOOD News: MOHAMMED KUDUS HAS SIGNED A ONE-YEAR CONTRACT TO EXTEND HIS STAY

The Dane is technically gifted, possesses decent pace and has a wicked shot on him.

However, word of warning – he’s no Mo Kudus.

The key for West Ham will be to sign two players who can replicate the output Mohammed Kudus gives us.

Losing him will obviously not be ideal, but there is a way whereby we can improve after his exit.

However, let’s hope the Hammers owners have learned from the mistake they made back in 2023 when they failed to replace Rice sufficiently.

Prospect of third Moyes term divides some Hammers fans

There were just five wins for West Ham in 26 games in all competitions between January and May.

Moyes departed and was replaced by Lopetegui. And the Spaniard has only been able to muster another four in 13.

The 57-year-old is under intense pressure to keep his job.

There have even been reports the West Ham hierarchy will meet to decide Lopetegui’s future over the international break.

The world and its wife seems to have been linked as a potential replacement.

Eight managers and counting in fact.

Those who warned West Ham to ‘be careful what you wish for’ when parting company with Moyes have been queueing up to say ‘I told you so’.

Big Moyes West Ham return question answered

Many Hammers fans have rightly pointed out that just because they wanted a change from Moyes, does not mean they wanted Lopetegui as his replacement.

That is on the owners of course and the jury is very much out – although the judge has the gavel in hand.

Moyes has been doing a media circuit lately with appearances on shows like The Overlap.

He has been asked previously whether he would consider a third spell at West Ham, answering ‘I don’t know’ after pausing for thought.

Moyes will always be respected and loved by the vast majority of West Ham fans.

Some supporters are still angry he was not retained.
