Everton’s board already have the perfect Sean Dyche replacement waiting to be appointed

Everton, ever since their diabolical collapse against AFC Bournemouth last weekend, have seen coverage now dominated by the future of their manager.

After all, and understandably so to an extent, Sean Dyche is on thin ice, with the cracks only deepening after conceding three in nine minutes to turn a 2-0 win into a 3-2 loss.

This was not solely his fault, but this last-minute capitulation has been largely attributed to poor substitutes which left the midfield dead on its feet, thus exposing an already fragile backline.

However, with less than 12 months left on his current contract, sacking the 53-year-old now, when the new Premier League season has just begun, makes little sense.

What does, however, is planning for the future…

Could Everton sack Sean Dyche?

Realistically, with no owner in place and therefore no finances available, the chances of Everton sacking Sean Dyche are minimal.

Especially after the lulls and dire runs of form endured throughout last season, in which they still quite comfortably stayed up.

However, with John Textor pushing to complete his Everton takeover, a new era is soon set to be ushered in.

And, with it could come new ideas about how to take the club forward.

Moving into a new stadium, and potentially set to allow Dyche to leave the club for free upon the expiry of his contract, there is an opening to completely refresh things on Merseyside in one fell swoop.

Fortunately enough, with Graham Potter still unemployed too, the ideal candidate could be snagged for nothing as well.

Everton could replace Sean Dyche with Graham Potter next summer

The reasons against making the jump from Dyche to Potter mid-season are innumerable, as their styles arguably could not be more contrasting.

It would confuse an already beleaguered squad, and almost definitely result in their relegation.
