Scarlett has had a difficult couple of seasons and the striker will be keen to get his career back on track after joining Oxford United on loan this season.
However, this spell at the Championship side has not started the way he would have wanted, with the forward just seeing one minute of action so far at his new club and being an unused substitute in their last two matches.
The Tottenham man showed his quality for England’s Elite League Squad during the international break, captaining the side to a 2-0 win over Romania.

Scarlett opened the scoring in the first half, getting on the end of Kaide Gordon’s low corner to finish from close range and put the home side 1-0 up.
Sheffield United’s Louie Marsh then doubled England’s lead after the game, with Paul Nevin’s side emerging comfortable winners against the Romanians.
This really is a crucial season for Scarlett, who will have to prove himself at Oxford, particularly with Will Lanskshear and Alejo Veliz now ahead of him in the pecking order at Tottenham.
The 20-year-old will take confidence from this goal and he will hope that he soon gets an opportunity to impress at Kassam Stadium.
