After the Toffees won in the East Midlands, an Everton fan called into BBC Radio 5 Live’s 606 phone-in show and criticised Forest’s direct playing style.

ason around.Moyes deserves a great deal of respect for what he has done since returning to the Goodison Park dugout, as he guided the Blues to a nine-game unbeaten run in the top flight before they were beaten by Liverpool in the Merseyside Derby on 2 April.
The Toffees have admirably bounced back from that setback with a draw against high-fliers Arsenal and a win against top-four hopefuls Nottingham Forest.
Therefore, the Blues’ playing style is not as noteworthy as their impressive results of late.Chris Sutton hit back immediately live on air [12 April, 19.45], saying: “Route One Everton. I’ve seen enough of Everton this season. All you do is lump it.”
Meanwhile, the Toffees are now 18 points clear of the relegation zone and have all but guaranteed their Premier League status.
