Rangers forward Sam Lammers is set to undergo a medical at FC Twente after agreeing the terms of a move, sources have told Football Insider.

The attacking midfielder has finalised the agreement of a three-year deal as he puts the finishing touches to a move from Ibrox.

It is understood that the Scottish giants have accepted a £2.5million offer, which will rise to £3.5m with add-ons.

The 27-year-old joined Rangers last summer for £3.5m, but spent the second half of the campaign on loan at utrecht.

Lammers impressed during his time away and built, scoring 11 goals in 20 games.

Even though Lammers appears set to join FC Twente, other Eredivisie sides have expressed interest after his performances last season.
