Rangers advanced to the quarter-final of the Premier Sports Cup – commonly referred to as the Scottish League Cup – after beating St Johnstone at Hampden last month.

 

And fans will be back inside Ibrox for the cup clash with all but the Copland Rear open for supporters on Saturday afternoon.The Rangers manager has revealed Ridvan Yilmaz, Danilo and Rabbi Matondo remain sidelined for the cup tie.

 

The trio were all unavailable last weekend and remain out of contention this weekend as Rangers return to Ibrox for the first time this season.

 

Clement said: “Same as last week – Ridvan, Danilo and Matondo miss out.

 

“Ridvan and Danilo are individually training. Matondo is not back yet.

 

On returning to Ibrox, Clement added: “It is a buzz (returning to Ibrox), I was there yesterday and you get a special feeling.

 

“I know it is the same with all the players, it gives us something extra – it will be the same with the fans we all want to go home.
