SO SAD;Leeds United confirm the sack of Mateo Joseph finally

Illan Meslier will stick between the sticks for the trip to Wales, with Karl Darlow never really getting a sniff since his arrival.
Junior Firpo and Jayden Bogle are likely to keep their spots, with their defensive work likely needing to improve to match their abilities going forward.
The centre-back duo of Pascal Struijk and Joe Rodon is fairly formidable and, although the latter was forced off the pitch against Burnley after a head injury [Yorkshire Evening Post, 14 September], he should be fit to play.
The Whites’ midfield is where their stability comes into play, with Illia Gruev and Ethan Ampadu expected to continue with Ao Tanaka to come off the bench if and when needed.
Willy Gnonto and Brenden Aaronson have been in stellar form so far this term and, since Dan James hasn’t yet returned from injury [Leeds Live] the duo will keep their places.
Manor Solomon could be replaced by Largie Ramazani after the Israel international struggled against Burnley, with his mistake costing his side in the end.
Last but not least, Joel Piroe may be thrown up top to take the spotlight off Mateo Joseph.
The young Spanish forward missed the clearest of chances he could have hoped for, and now might be the time to turn to experience for now and give him that hunger to get back to the top again.
