Rangers considering Ianis Hagi option as talks continue to seal inital loan deal for Nedim Bajrami
Rangers look to have started transfer deadling day in the way that was needed with Philippe Clement getting an early centre-half signing.
Neraysho Kasanwirjo is on his way to Glasgow with reports in the Netherlands suggesting that a loan to buy deal has been agreed.
The Dutch Under-21 international will replace the departed Ben Davies who has been joined by Scott Wright at Birmingham City.
Todd Cantwell has agreed terms with Blackburn Rovers with no official confirmation yet, however, it is the future of Ianis Hagi that The Daily Record claims could be sealed next.

Rangers consider cancelling Ianis Hagi’s contract
There has been claim and counter claim regarding the Romania international with only Rapid Bucharest’s rejected offer seemingly the only bid that was received.
A rumoured £6,000 per week contract clause means that Philippe Clement is keen to get Hagi out of his squad and off the wage bill.
According to The Record, Rangers could take the drastic option of cancelling the 25-year old’s current deal.
This would seem extreme for a player who has a proven talent and both European and international experience, even if he is on a decent wage, and it wouldn’t come cheap either.
Hagi determined to make Rangers impact
Writing on his Instagram account, Hagi made it clear, from his perspective, that playing for Rangers remains his only goal:
“I’ve been aware of the noise and speculation regarding my situation, my role and my contract in the club.
“I have loved playing for Rangers and the Ibrox fans since the moment I got here.
“I want to make it clear, I have never once asked to leave this football club.
“I will always make myself available, and there’s always a way to navigate around any situation if there’s a will on both sides and that was communicated officially weeks ago by me and my team.
“I’m here, willing, and Rangers Ready to help, work, and fight for the Club, Team and Manager.”
Hagi might not have asked to leave, but he did admit that he agreed that leaving was best for all parties earlier in the summer.
He openly admitted instructing his representatives to find a new club for him before the European Championships but his season long loan in La Liga obviously wasn’t enough to tempt teams of the level he wants to play at.
