Rangers fans have taken to social media to suggest that Connor Goldson may already have boarded a plane to Cyprus for his Aris Limassol move.
The club vice captain has been linked with a transfer out of Ibrox this summer and the Cypriot outfit are believed to be admirers of the 31-year-old. Gers have already allowed the likes of Ryan Jack and Kemar Roofe to leave while others such as John Lundstram and Borna Barisic have also found new clubs.
Goldson – once the first name on the team sheet – is the current main transfer rumour swirling and punters on social media have been sharing speculation that the defender is already on a jet to make the deal official.
A picture which emerged on X shows the Englishman seemingly on the phone as he walks through the airport while some claimed he had boarded a private aircraft from Prestwick to make the flight over.
Goldson would command a decent fee for Philippe Clement to take advantage of while Limassol would have to stump up further for his wage packet.
