Everton winger Stanley Mills returns from injury
Everton have already endured their fair share of injury issues this season, and it is not even the end of December yet.
Sean Dyche has had to make do with a depleted squad in certain areas with a number of players having missed considerable chunks of the season.
And the Everton manager has come under fire amid some of the injury issues suffered by some of his players.
Some Everton fans criticised Dyche over Jarrad Branthwaite’s injury and how he treated the defender during his return to the side.
However, the Toffees seem to have turned a corner on the injury front and there is now another long-term absentee which has returned to training.
Everton winger Stanley Mills returns from injury
There have been some considerable injury issues plaguing Everton’s attack this season with the likes of Armando Broja and Youssef Chermiti only just returning from injury.
But there is another attacking option becoming available to Dyche as the Toffees look set to embark on a new chapter in the club’s history under The Friedkin Group.
Earlier this week, 21-year-old winger Stanley Mills shared an update on his Instagram account sharing his return to the Finch Farm training pitch.
Mills has been out of action for the best part of a calendar year having suffered a knee injury whilst out on loan with Oxford United.
The attacking options are certainly returning to full strength at Goodison with Broja itching to play in the Everton starting XI following his injury return.
Everton U21 players react to Mills’ injury return
Mills has only made two senior appearances for Everton, but he has returned into first team training with the post showing the likes of Broja and Jake O’Brien behnd him.
However, he has received a lot of support from his U21 teammates who commented their own messages on his Instagram post.
