Sam Parkin has backed Leeds United to beat Luton Town after their “amazing” win against Swansea City.
The Whites are back in action on Wednesday (27 November) as they welcome Luton Town to Elland Road looking to reclaim top spot in the Championship.
Following their exciting 4-3 win against Swansea at the weekend, Daniel Farke’s side will no doubt be heading into this one with a spring in their step.
Former Luton player Parkin, now a prominent EFL pundit, predicts Daniel Farke’s side will have a less exciting game but still come out on top as he reflected on the Swansea game and said to Benjamin Bloom on his YouTube channel: “It was an amazing game wasn’t it/ You felt Swansea had salvaged something and then all of a sudden, the goals were very similar. Swansea are going to have to work some work to do on their high line, Leeds got in on multiple occasions for their goals. Wasn’t too many other chances or shots on target.
“I don’t think Luton are in a place where they can give Leeds a proper game at the moment. That may come later in the season, but in their current guise, despite their win over Hull, I’ll have to go for a comfortable 2-0 home win.”
Furthermore, after results last night, they know that if they can win this game they will return back to the top of the table which is exactly what Farke will want from his men.

Daniel Farke is in his second season as Leeds United manager
After a poor start to the season, Luton will have been glad to pick up three points against Hull City at the weekend and Rob Edwards will be hoping this could be the start of a good run for his men in order to push themselves up the table.
However, playing a side as strong as Leeds and at Elland Road isn’t going to be easy for the Hatters and it does feel as though this could be a comfortable victory for Farke’s side this evening.
