Breaking News:Aston villa has finally make they decision by suspending Emiliano Martínez…
Aston Villa’s woes continued in the Premier League on Saturday.
Fans were hoping for some fortune, a much-needed win, but instead, Villa dropped more points against Crystal Palace.
It is now a worry for Unai Emery because his side haven’t won in six games in all competitions and they can’t keep a clean sheet to save their life.
Funnily enough, Villa have kept three clean sheets in the Champions League and have only conceded one goal – that bizarre Tyrone Mings penalty.
But in the Premier League, Aston Villa have already shipped 19 goals and have only kept one clean sheet.
It could have been far worse against Palace, who were without the injured Eberechi Eze, yet they still managed to cause Villa issues.

Palace took the lead twice, including after Youri Tielemans missed a penalty, but they still couldn’t secure the three points.
After Ross Barkley equalised for Villa in the second half, the game became an end-to-end encounter.
That’s when Emi Martinez showcased his worth and ensured Emery wasn’t suffering a fifth straight defeat for the first time in his career.
Jeffrey Schlupp’s pinging shot was parried onto the bar by the world’s number one goalkeeper and it saved the home side’s blushes.
Jamie O’Hara reacted to that moment and stated it was ‘world-class’ by Martinez, as he told talkSPORT.

“Martinez made an unbelievable save in the second half,” said O’Hara. “It was a world-class save he made – any point away from home at Aston Villa is a great point (for Crystal Palace).”
Aston Villa’s upcoming fixtures
No time to rest now. This is where the men will be separated from the boys because it’s the most gruelling part of the fixture list.
Villa have crucial Premier League and Champions League matters to deal with, including a home tie against Juventus on Wednesday night.
The Midlands side travel to Germany to take on RB Leipzig on December 10 – with Premier League matches cramped in between.
