BREAKING NEWS:The kick-off between Rangers vs Motherwell has been reschedule few minutes ago…

Tam McManus believes that Rangers are one bad result away from sacking Philippe Clement after the recent 2-1 defeat against Aberdeen.

With that loss, Gers are now nine points behind the Dons and Celtic as the gap between them and the top two continues to increase.

Clement has not yet been shown the door and will be in charge of the Motherwell clash on 3 November.

Speaking to PLZ Soccer, he said: “Majority of the Rangers fans, in my opinion, have turned on the manager. I think they want a change.

“People I speak to, Rangers supporters, they want a change. They don’t believe in the manager. There’s no clear pattern of play.

“I think the pressure is on big time. I think they’re one result from the whole thing falling apart.”

Philippe Clement has done very little to justify why he deserves more time at Rangers

The board’s hesitation to act on Clement’s position leaves fans bewildered, given the lack of tangible progress under his management.

With no discernible tactical identity emerging from his tenure, coupled with a noticeable gap in performance improvement among key players, the rationale for the Belgian’s continued employment seems elusive.

The team’s recent results, particularly the defeat to Aberdeen, not only underscore a tactical deficiency but also a failure to instil confidence or a winning mentality.

This scenario, where Gers trail significantly behind their rivals, doesn’t merely reflect poor form but a systemic issue that fans perceive as a lack of direction or vision from the manager.
