Shocking News:Rangers begin January transfer process few minutes ago

Rangers have held a board meeting which included Philippe Clement ahead of the January transfer window, according to Nils Koppen.

The club’s recruitment chief confirms that the club have identified positions they think they’re weak in and will execute certain deals once they’ve made budget preparations.

Gers are in the hunt for new signings to strengthen their squad as they’re five points adrift of Celtic and Aberdeen in the league.

Koppen told Rangers TV: “Last weekend we had a meeting with the manager and the football board, the board members, to determine the strategy about that.

“I think we’ve identified the positions at the moment we’re a little bit weak in, understaffed, maybe we need a bit more quality so we know that, we identified that.

“Now it’s about talking about budgets we can spend on that, going on the market and preparing ourselves for that window.”
