Leeds star reveals reason for staying at Elland Road instead of pursuing top-flight football
With Leeds struggling to secure a No. 10 during the summer transfer window, manager Daniel Farke has relied on Brenden Aaronson to take on that role for the Whites this season.
The 23-year-old has played in eight matches this season across all competitions, scoring two goals and providing one assist. Aaronson has also logged a full 90 minutes in six of his last seven Championship matches.
After Leeds was relegated from the Premier League in 2023, Aaronson didn’t play during their first season in the Championship, where the team fell short of promotion after losing the Play-off Final to Southampton.
